I order from NYC for my friend's birthday who lives in Silver Spring. Second time using Bell Flowers. Ordering online worked great. Each time she sent me a photo and the flowers were beautiful.

Fantastic experience! I had ordered a dozen roses a few years ago and they were the highest quality and lasted for weeks. I recently placed an order and Rosemary was the best customer service person! She is a gem and I had full confidence in her suggestion. The delivery person was also a joy and the flowers were stunning. It's obvious that Bell Flowers takes pride not only in their product, but the entire experience. Thank you!

BELL has been in existence for more than seventy years, serving the community by providing beautiful floral arrangements and plants to meet the needs of any and every occasion. Recently, BELL provided support to Montgomery County Department of Health & Human Services, Babies Born Healthy Program, by donating beautiful spring floral arrangements to adorn some of the tables at a community event. The event, Right From the Start, was held at Holy Cross Hospital on Saturday, April 12, 2025, celebrating the Black Maternal Health Week theme, “ Healing Legacies: Strengthening Black Maternal Health Through Collective Action and Advocacy.” The floral arrangements were spectacular—thoughtful and appropriate for this Spring occasion and were offered as a full donation to the event. Very happy and satisfied first time, and out of town, customer! I chose Bell Flowers based on online reviews, and was not disappointed!! From the phone call to order, to the delivery, everything was exceptional! Rosemary was courteous, pleasant, and attentive to every detail - very helpful!! The flowers delivered were beautiful and the recipients were very excited and pleased with the arrangements! I received email confirmation of delivery, which is reassuring. I will definitely use Bell Flowers for future orders!

Bell Flowers came highly recommended to me by another bride and I could not be more thankful that we worked with them! Cathy was super responsive from initial outreach. She was so helpful in guiding us (as flower novices) through picking a beautiful color scheme and affordable selection. They also created specialty pieces like an archway and flower garlands. The Bell Flowers team coordinated set up and tear-down that made our day easy. Everything they made was stunning and I couldn't have had a more beautiful bridal bouquet. Thankful for Cathy, Chad and the team!
